Customer-Centric Focus Strengthens
As the outlook for our industry brightens, Overland Solutions, Inc. has been making several investments in how we deliver services. Our Customer Advisory Group has given us several recommendations to build our position as the first choice provider of premium audits. We have been listening and acting. Below are some recent actions:
+ Investments in Customer Service and Quality
Overland Solutions recently realigned responsibilities of our Executive Team to better concentrate our efforts on Customer Service, Quality Assurance, New Product Development and Field Training to be your strategic solutions partner. We will continue to develop products that provide tremendous value and combined excellence in service and quality.
+ Adding Local Strength to a National Footprint
Our strength has always been our national footprint and “faces in more places.” We have tactically positioned our regional Field Audit team to best satisfy your business requirements and standards for service. As always, our all-employee audit personnel are committed to professionalism and exceeding industry standards for premium auditing.
+ Accountability for Customer Satisfaction
Overland Solutions has refocused our local field management team to provide both technical and operational support for your business. This will empower us to deliver a new level of proactive, responsive customer service and enhance its customer service methodologies.
